I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, parenting stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a welcoming space where individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered.
With more than two decades of experience supporting children and families through child welfare, crisis intervention, behavioral health, and family systems, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding to every session.
